Well I really felt good today.. I really got rest last night. I have been having A LOT of trouble with RLS. I worked all day moving furniture in the house and generally cleaning up the house. I have gotten so little sleep that I was doing the bare minimun to keep up with things. I hope I sleep as well tonight. You can't imagine how bad it has been as of late. It has been awful. Does anyone else have RLS.
Anyway I did kind of ok with the food intake until dinner, then I ate a little too much. I am at 1547 calories and I burned a lot of calories pushing couches, tables and heavy chairs around.
Tomorrow is the 4th We have a party to go to----oh dear! Of course I am still the one that chooses what goes in my mouth.
