Kohlrabi!! I eat it raw but curious as to what others do.

I’ve sliced it and tossed it in the oven with other veggies— just mellows it out. Favorite way is shredded in a slaw with carrots, red cabbage, apples and a cider vinegar dressing.

We used to grow kohlrabi and steamed it or roasted it.

Taro shell jackfruit vegan tacos with kohlrabi slaw on top is one of my favorite dishes as a local spot.

I think the slaw is kohlrabi, green apple and red cabbage. It’s very tasty.

@Maggs7 - I was thinking of grilling them too because I love cabbage grilled.

@CG- I think it tastes more like a combination of a radish, cabbage and cauliflower! They are dense like a radish but just larger.

@JSQ-I think roasting would be good. I love roasted cabbage and radishes, but I cut them up and leave them in water in my refrigerator and end up eating them all before I ever try anything new! LOL

@B76-I think it tastes more like cabbage with a radish undertone. It cuts harder than a potato but keeps in water in the refrigerator for a few days after cutting.
