Happy Monday FS friends! I realized this morning that I am staying pretty calm with the weight I've gained over vacation. Usually by now I'm spiralling and beating myself up. I hope subconsiously it's because I'm confident I will lose it. In retrospect, I know I didnt exercise or move much on my vacation and with the added late night dinner could be the cause. I've not exercised during vacation in the past and did not have this weight gain so I'm guessing the late night dinner is more the culprit. Has anyone ever noticed eating later at night being an issue?
Also the late night eating adding weight has become a thing only since I turned 50. Is this why the early bird special is popular for us older folks?

Yep, late eating does it to me every time! I tend to eat a lot of my calories late, and I have no portion control, so that doesn't help matters.
