There’s very little a good salsa won’t enhance! My favourite is Penny’s Pico de Gallo. So good. I also like to make pineapple mango salsa for fish, chicken and pork. Once the veggie garden comes in, I want to try putting all of the ingredients in the smoker first to add an extra layer of flavour. I think it’ll be good…
