Good Job 👍 But No bread or basmati rice with your meal? I'd need a heavy carb daily & that’s not good for m blood sugar level ~according to my doctor. Any advice?

Mattride it's the same with my fiance he's diabetic too. I don't do carbs very often but once in a while I will as a treat lol. I know it sucks but the doc is right.

Thanks Matt best advice follow the diabetic diet to help and hopefully you can kick it to the curb. Pre diabetes is no joke.

protein in the morning helps the carb cravings later on in the day.
