HI! I am new to FatSecret, just found it! I actually started my diet three weeks ago today! I have lost 13.5 lbs already. 5 the first week, 5 the second week and 3.5 this past week. My goal was to lose 40 lbs, guess I have about 26 lbs to go. If I do really well, I may try to drop another 5 beyond my goal!!
