Went for a run today with my running grp.

Did warm up run of 2.5 km in 22 mins followed by 10x150 meters sprints in 15 mins which totalled to 1.7 km.

Right leg was paining a bit so went slowly.

Ended the session with 1 km walk and light stretches.
