YAHOOOO!!!!!! I made it finially i'm under that 250 mark. I've been tring for monthes. I feel so skinny! I know i'm not but there's something about getting to that goal. I give myself small goals so I feel like i'm getting somewhere. To lose 350lbs. all at once is to big so I do it in 20 to 50. It's a mind thing. Trust me it helps. My next one is to get to 225 I wont be the big "O" anymore after that.
