Trying to catch up on the past few days on here after a busy few days, not sure if I have seen everything. Listening to country rock and blues on a Pandora BBQ station did some dancing and jogging to the music on my little trampoline. Credence, Lynyrd Skinner, Eric Clapton and others. I also found a cool yoga station to listen to while doing strength training, helps me relax into doing more than I have done before, so good.

Good workout after work, adding various things each time. I want to learn more about how to use the TRX. I want one for my home but there is one at the gym so at this point cannot justify the purchase. I've been watching the videos on the TRX website so I can add more on that than I'm currently doing. I should be able to do at least 2 gym workouts this week. I'm trying to get 3 in but it depends on ball games and the weather.

Thankfully the rain is supposed to let up for a couple days this weekend into Monday. I really need to mow my backyard. It will take at least 2 mowings to get it acceptable. That isn't counting neglected weed eating due to all this rain. also pulling weeds from all the gardens. Sheesh I still have things to plant!! It's been to wet to till.

No reply to my fitbit email yet. I finally found a phone number so will call them Thursday if no reply. I have ball games tomorrow as it isn't supposed to rain.

Don't you love spell check?! For me it's a love hate thing. I love working in my yard, Glen. Today it's not supposed to rain, have ball games, no time for the yard. They are saying no rain for the weekend so maybe we will dry out just a bit and outside work will be doable.

Guess, this busy schedule is what keeps you young!!!! I, too, love working in the yard WHEN I have time...something about seeing the finished product that just makes me go "ahhhhhhhh." Housework never gives me that same rush.... Enjoy your busy week and weekend.

Exactly Gwen!!! housework does feel good when the house is a cluttered mess and it's again cleaned up but not like doing other projects. I love sitting on my patio or in my front yard when the grass is mowed and it looks good.
