Inbody today!!!! My trainer was pretty happy. Added muscle, lost fat all moving in right direction except need to work harder on torso/arms. Gave myself new objection to hit in next one which is July 1st. Need to add more muscle so i can have more calories. Been upping caloric intake over past month or two trying to still get at least a 4 lb per month loss. Down to last 13 pounds (i call those the vanity pounds to allow for scale movement with vacation, nice meal out etc). Helps me to see tangible proof I’m moving in right direction. Now just waiting on may 25th for the lab results of blood draw. Happy Monday!
