"Oh Wow! Two father's day celebration parties, and I am not even a father!
Some of the elderly people here truly know how to have real blast here! I think that perhaps they are having more fun than I ever had when I was somewhat younger!... The problem for me, is, they love their hotdogs, chips, and (oh my!) the Strawberry-Rhubarb crisp!... Oh so good!:)" "Man, I blew it yesterday! One taste of that Goodie, and I was hooked. Yes, I ate some of this dessert! Actually, I ate 3 pieces!" "Oh no, I think that I am a true Sugaraholics I need A.A." :)
"Well, I am back again with my healthy way of eating. Today I turned down the hotdog's, and the apple pie with today's father's Day celebration! Poor me! :) Yes, I'll be good for the rest of the week! :)" Have a great week everyone!:)

Sometimes you just have to go for it! You'll be fine as long as you get back on track and it sounds like you have! Good job keeping it all in perspective!
