1679 calories; -1017 kcals; macros 32/55/13 weight this morning was 169.2; weight this evening was 170.4

Ate out at Mexican restaurant last night, so weight was about what I expected this morning. I ate taco salad, but it is always the tortilla chips that go down mindlessly! Today I spent about 3 hours weed eating around my garden and flower beds. Lawn mower is in the repair shop, so weeds were getting tall. Looks so much better now.

Tomorrow I plan to stick to my WOE even if there is a church dinner planned. The pre- & pro-biotics are helping keep my appetite down.
