feeling pretty good today. finally got under 146. Just under, I know...but I have to celebrate something! I actually expected to gain weight this week, so I can't complain...even though I'm sure it's water weight considering all the heat we've been having.

Got in a short pilates workout in this morning...and actually took a break at lunch which meant running around doing errands. after work, i'll be walking to catch the train, then strolling about my hometown to kill time before the musical we're seeing tonight. THEN...I'll be getting a workout loading and unloading a trailer later on. I'm looking forward to the hard work. It's exercise, and I need it.
