It is amazing at how much temporary weight gain a plate of angel hair pasta, marinara sauce, shrimp, breadsticks, salad, and dessert will add overnight. So much salt and pasta does that. Back to the regular meals today, and rode 22+ miles on the bike today. Hope all will enjoy this amazing start to the weekend. Keep focusing, exercising, and losing that weight. God is good !!
