Another good day on the bike,...85 minutes and 22.35 miles. Then outside to work in the yard and clean up my car. The weight has been stagnant for several weeks, and hanging at about 204 pounds +/-. Hope all are doing well. Keep focusing, keep exercising and losing weight. God is good !!
