the last 5 days have been bad. i've been eating sweets in the form of ice cream almost daily. i had fast food on friday, barbecued burgers three days, and did cardio only once in there. i think i need to go tire myself out. i really not in the mood...but that's probably because it's been so long. gonna have to wear that costume just now....and besides....i really wanna at least dip down to 143 by the end of the weekend. my progress so far doesn't make that seem likely....but it has to be possible.
66.6 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
