Kind of a gloomy Monday, drizzly, overcast, and a touch cool.

I want to thank everyone for all the kind messages about our Barneys passing. I've been a cat parent for a long time, and we have a list of little fur girls and boys that have passed from illness, or accident. Some were feral, some were inside family pets and all are in our backyard flower garden. Well, it will be a flower garden. Its fenced off, and runs all along the back wall of our house. The hubby and I have been talking about it, and we may have to modify it a teensy bit, mostly by moving the fencing out toward the yard by about 2 feet. I found some nice little pre-cut plaques that I can carve into, and a larger top blank. Picked up some eye hooks, and now have to get started with Photoshop to make stencils for the names, etc. This will hang on either a shepherds hook, or one of those garden flag holders, or something either in the garden or near it. I have a lovely wind chime that I'm going to put back there too.

I kept myself from mindlessly eating all weekend, pretty much. I think I logged everything, but may not have. I think it will be ok, as I didn't really gain anything. I am still having a little fight with the late night snacking. I've settled on a kind of different approach. The things I'm wanting to snack on are crunchy. Sooo....I take out those darn plates and put them to soak for the night!! Can't snack on crunchy stuff if you can't chew it!!

I really have to start drinking water again. I was doing good, and then somehow, slacked off and ended up almost non existent! Back to pushing the water to help get the pounds off!!! Oh, and I've re added the fiber powder to my morning coffee. It really helps in more ways than one! lol!

I guess that's enough for today, I've got to go print up some more of the hubby's business cards, and start on the plaques stencils.

When you are done you will have your own little zen garden. Lots of happy memories there. I am a firm believer in my evening snack, but I always make sure I have the calories left over. If I don't have a lot, I have a fudgsicle, or fruit bar, more and I have ice cream or a cookie. I'm like a little kid when it comes to dessert!

Thanks Beth, and yes, I guess I will have that zen garden! I plan on planting flowers to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. I usually have a late snack, I ran out of fudgesickles, and normally leave it at that.I've been raiding the hubbys lunch cakes though...lol!! I seem to be having a sweet attack. I did buy some freeze pops though. 2 of those seem to satisfy it. I know some of the problem is I'm not drinking enough water. That will take care of about 90% of those cravings. I know this, but I'm kind of rebelling against myself. I guess I'll just have to sit down with "me" and figure it out!! Hugs hon, and stay a kid!! They have the most fun, and have endless energy!
