It's monday....

I really need to get back on top of a bit of a fitness routine, cause this weekend was BAAAAAAAD....

Friday was fine. I exercised in the A.M,, worked as usual, then came home and ate some frozen breaded chicken strips and spinach salad.

But I've just been struggling with food lately. This is the home stretch..and I need to really make a change soon.

- went to a picnic on Saturday. It was sooo hot out there. I drank 3 500mL bottles of water, a can of Lychee pop, a drinking box, a glass of wine...and only had to pee once! that's crazy for me. But I did sweat like a pig, so maybe that explains it.

I'll go back and add what I ate to my diet calendar to see how I fared, but since a lot of it was homemade west indian dishes, I'm not really sure.

- Sunday, we didn't go riding, didn't walk to the subway, didn't even play with the kids...it was just too hot outside. So, I basically sat around for the whole day. Then we went to a comedy show, where we binged on a platter of fried junk. I wanted to just have a few pieces, but I should have set a limit, paced myself and counted....but my husband eats so fast, I was wolfin things down, just to keep pace. I don't I didn't eat as much as I think I did.

This week something's got to give!! I may go home early and get a workout in. The workload in the office is terribly light.
