It would be great if muscle grew as fast as fat. Good job sticking with it!

Would I be obnoxious and intrusive to ask, why you say you can’t have much protein? I’m guessing that relates to the surgeries you mentioned? Or is it a dietary lifestyle for ethical or environmental reasons?

I can't because of the type of kidney stones I get come from protein so I can't eat a high protein diet like I use to.

Awesome work! That is great you have been able to do that without eating a lot of protein. I was just going to research a little about this. What is your average daily protein intake? I am stage 3 chronic kidney disease but that is just becasue of how the charts rate me as age makes the number look worse. My primary stated not to worry about the 120 grams I eat but they will continue to watch my kidneys every 6 months and I was thinking of asking my trainer about reducing my protein intake.

I stick to about 65-85grams of protein a day I eat higher fat now and still lower carbs the fat I eat is healthy fats I don't eat anything processed or any fast food my family and I only eat out in general three times a year on each one of our birthdays I cook every day! Makes it so much easier to know exactly what's in our food. All my protein comes from meat I cant have the shakes or bars like most people.
