Happy Monday FS fam! Lucky for me I'm back in the office. No more nibbling at when WFH. I realized I subconsciously find myself in the frig just eating a little this and that. I never even log it. It's like I'm sleep eating when I'm home. I didn't have this trouble during Covid but I'm guessing it's because I had a routine down then. Now its occasionally I work from home depending on my colleagues work schedule.

I gotta get it together. The scale is going in the wrong direction. I also need to stop buying 💩 and having it in the house. I was on a nutter butter cookie kick now its the butterfingers. I moved the nutter butter cookies into my trunk. So its an emergency snack now. I was in Costco last week and saw the Reese's peanut butter eggs and almost bought it. Those are deadly for me. Thank God I walked away!
