It’s pretty wonderful as I have a Saturday off today, only because the guy I work with, his mother has gotten ill and he’s spending time with her, he’s a good guy!!! Soon I’ll have some help and not feel obligated to be working on Saturdays. Today I can spend time working on my own house. 👏 I guess I’ll throw in the towel, and start with laundry. 😊 On the right road to losing weight for my nephew’s wedding. They are so uppish, so highly formal, we couldn’t even accept the wedding invitation without answering like an application, crazy!!!! This will be sooo interesting! I will have to come up with some funny guest book lines, like “Why marry when jumping in front of a train is easier and faster?! Just kidding! 😆 No, I will be good, I have the wedding card to be myself on. 😁 Will get steps in today and record calories. Why wasn’t I on track long ago? To get to my “healthy life,” I have to battle my procrastination to make it a reality, it’s easy once you get going and in a habit. My fitness goal is to get down to what I told the DMV I weigh, it’s harder than you think.🤣 Have a Spectacular Saturday, praying for our folks trapped in our mountains, it’s going to be ten days now, yikes!! 🙏🌺☀️ You can’t wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club.

I was invited to a snooty family wedding once. The groom was my BIL. The bride's family were well-heeled. The bride was a high ranking professional where I worked. I was a respected professional too but a "working" one. She was nice and I liked her but could not see her as part of this family. The wedding didn't fit my exes family. They served appetizers which to our low brow taste were rather icky. Things like pureed cucumber sandwiches. Pate. Oysters on the half shell. They were tossed into the woods discretely. Doubtful that even most starving animals around here would have eaten that dookie. We were more of the little smokies floating in BBQ sauce types. Their marriage didn't last. None of the 6 kids marriages lasted actually. My take on it is to not marry neanderthals. Neanderthals will always like little smokies swimming in BBQ sauce. Yum.

Love the non-stick frying pan. I have the same issues. LOL! Totally get what you're saying about taking a Saturday off. I have the same problem, only I feel like I can only take off during break, when I actually have people working the same hours as me. Can't wait until they hire someone to work the same shift as me, so I won't be alone and don't have to worry about what happens, if I need some time off. Shucks, I might even get to have a lunch and breaks soon!

Morticia, this was so hilarious that I messaged you a long message back yesterday and then I lost it! 😞 Then unbelievably it happened again, bizarre! So I have my coffee and I am not leaving my chair till I hit send!!!😕
The groom’s step father is my BIL, and his fiancé is from huge money and high society. You had reminded me to check if there happened to be any appetizers and yes, there’s an appetizer hour.😀 Never been to a whole hour of appetizers when the ceremony is only a half hour. 🙃😄 I probably won’t like the appetizers as well, but I am downing drinks!!!! No wildlife to throw any away, so I will have to swallow them whole maybe.😳 I do love love little smokies! (Not a neanderthal, I have a high forehead) 😂 I refuse to touch oysters, caviar, or any sushi, I am just no fun that way! If it was a dry bar I probably would have stop somewhere for a drink, for it helps in liking those that consider most others beneath them. Then there’s a huge sit down dinner, I have chosen the beef, (My hubby thinks that means filet mignon), we’ll see. This will be so interesting!!!
Marriage is when a man and woman become as one. The trouble starts when they try to decide which one.😀 OUT!!!

Fritzy, I truly need to be getting towards my goal, as for if the DMV ever did that I’d be in trouble.😞 Also, I don’t need glasses, when I go to the DMV I wear my contacts and read the alphabet perfectly!🤣

Javadali, I got the laundry all done, yahoo!!! But, unbelievably it’s raining right now, and I was going to work in the yard, yet my hubby is out there getting soaked!

Magpiezoe, I truly truly feel for you! Even though I’m never alone at work, no one else can do my work, so I work through all my breaks, all my lunches, and bring stuff home.
Fortunately, they hired a great gal that’s going to help me out, and I soon will be able to take a lunch break! Hopefully, they will hire someone for you as well, it makes a huge difference!!!👍🙏☀️☀️☀️☀️
