Happy Almost Weekend my FS Peeps,

Just for Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan. (CICO, OMAD)

I was packing clothes for my Miami trip starting Friday leaving at 7:30am. We decided to go to the store to look for another sleeveless dress.

I picked the largest size available in the style I liked in the women's petite section.
I said to my husband, "I bet you $50 I cannot get this dress over my fat belly!

WOAH - I was wrong! The photo may have loaded weird, but what do you think?

Big Non-scale Victory!

It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily

Good job, It's good that you have things very clear, Good protein, strength training, and moving, the 3 very important to lose and gain muscle fat, which is the same as looking better, having better physical abilities, and being healthier .
