I lost 20 lbs in 2 months after having Covid. I'm talking with my doctor, a counselor, and a nutritionist. I'm afraid that I am not getting enough calories,but am diabetic and need to limit my carbs. It's hard to get enough calories without food that has carbs in it. I'm also vegetarian. Anyone have advice?
