amazing! I know for some people...this wouldn't mean anything...but since i started tracking, I have never fluctuated down so muxh in a day. the best part is...I can see it. my waist is tighter. it's smaller...and my hips look a lil more pronounced...which i like. this morning, bike riding and yoga with my hubby. I'm determined to make my goal!
66.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
