3700 Calories?

I ate 3700 Calories today? REALLY? Never, ever looked at it on paper this way.

Fuck, man.

Scary when its down in black and white eh!? Thats why this site is so awesome, makes you SEE what your eating...i'll put things in, just to check their calorie count before i decide if i want to eat it or not. Has made a HUGE differance in my view of food and what i eat!

Definitely! That's one thing I think is going to be really nice about this site. Just putting together a little data so I can figure out what's going on. It's Biology lab all over again :) The good news is I'm still upside for the day, and in the past, I've been amazed when I've slipped up and I end up still losing weight for the week. It'll be interesting to get 2-3 weeks in the books and see if the weight loss matches the predicted calorie deficit.
