I'm glad that week's over. Preparing for and having visitors is hard and chaotic, and chaos leads to me not eating right. Today starts a new week and I'm determined to get back on track. It's not even 8:30 and I'm having my first glass of water.
I did really well this weekend with exercise. I ran both Saturday and Sunday. I biked on Sunday. I walked the dog a bunch of times. I did a few hours of yard work in the hot hot sun. I think that's really what kept me from gaining this week, since my eating was not very good.
So back on the horse today. Guests are preparing to leave and we won't have guests again until, uh, Saturday. We get a lot of guests in the summer. Because we have a pool.
