Happy Monday?! It feels weird to be happy about a Monday no?? I think most people are not a fan. I use to be a huge Monday fan when it was designated date night for me.

I am finally feeling almost 100% better. I was sick for almost 2 weeks (not Covid or the flu). I was out of it for 3days then had a lingering phleghmee cough which is finally going away. Being sick is the worse. I tried to exercise as soon as I started to feel better and relapsed. So now slowly getting back into it. I can definitely feel I lost strength when I climbed yesterday. So hopefully, this week I'll start training again every other day focusing only on climbing. If all goes well next week, I'll be back to working out 6days out of the week.

I never noticed how much time I spend going to the gym. I was going bonkers and had this nervous energy when I started feeling better and couldn't workout. Sitting around was making me irritable. I know we say just 15min a day is good but I realized when I go to the gym the time = 30-45min commute to the gym + 1.5hr workout + 30-45min commute home = 3-4hrs of my day. Being sick left me with all that time. Ugh even just thinking of sitting still for that time makes me irritable. I think I have a problem.

Sorry this is what happens when I cant move, my brain definitely goes into over drive.
