Happy end of January!?!?! What happened? I cant believe 2023 is almost a month old already. Is it just me?

I feel so unproductive. I've only skied once this month and missed the gym for a week since I've been sick. I'm hoping after today, I can get back to something.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who gave me advice on managing my eating while my dad is visiting. I'm trying to use a combination and variation of the suggestions. I think I'm getting an idea of how to do it but need to do some more experimenting. The 9pm eating is a definite no even if it is low calorie and light. I cant fall a sleep and wake up full until late afternoon.

I hope you feel better but a word of advice ..ease back slowly. When;. got sick in Dec I went back to the gym to soon and too hard. I got sick again. 💜💜

@diana that’s exactly what happened to me. I felt better on Friday so Saturday I did half my normal workout .. lifted weights with no cardio. Sunday morning I was back to feeling weak and headachey. I spent Sunday in my PJs. Today was my first day back at work after 3 sick days. I felt ok. I’m going to try to climb tomorrow if I feel ok after work. I’ll try again half the workout. Just climb and no strength training.
