The walking routine continues...3.3 miles yesterday and today. DH took doggies on a short walk yesterday and I did the same for them today. Rechecked my speed over the 2.5 miles I did without them and I'm slightly over 3.3 mph, so that's excellent, in my book, with all this heat - 86 when I started and it wasn't even 9AM!

Bren, the only good thing about the heat is that it makes the pool really welcoming and it also makes the house feel like a meat locker when you come in from outside. Just gotta deal with it until Sept/Oct timeframe. I have no idea how the early settlers ever did anything....no a/c and the women had all those clothes!! Got those suitcases out, yet?

Hey BuffyBear...maybe if my Kryptonite wasn't peanuts, I'd feel more like a hero...LOL!!! Actually, having to log in my exercise here keeps me going. I feel like everyone I know, and even those I don't know, on this site are my own Slave Drivers, just like yours!
