Happy Monday! I cant believe it's already Jan 9th. I feel like the year is already on fast forward.

I seem to have settled into my weight of 144 for now. I'm going to have to be more diligent about eating 💩. Luckily most of the bad food is almost gone. I have one batch of coconut macaroons left. They are delicious and addictive.

I've also gone on a chocolate moonpie binge lately that needs to stop. That's what happens when I drive behind a Little Debbie's truck!

I just need to remember my resolution this year. Moderation. So I can have my sweets but just not all day everyday. I'll shoot for one sweet a week. 🤞🏼 Wish me luck!
