My watch recorded 1439 steps today. I walked farther than I did yesterday but it recorded less steps! Not encouraging! I walked for just under twenty minutes, slower walking today, more tired. Anyway, whatever my watch said, I extended the distance. Will do better tomorrow.
Today was my off-diet day. I ate dessert at the church luncheon. Monday I plan to return to beef/butter/ egg fast.
