I lost 2.2 pounds this week, which I am very happy about. Even with my slip ups, that's a good loss and I'll take it. I think trying to stick to such a strict diet will allow me a few slip ups.
Today is the 4th of July, and I foresee a hot dog and a margarita in my future. I'm not going to be crazy strict today, but Tuesday through Friday I will, because we will have out of town guests. Out of town guests, who are naturally thin and eat whatever they want. (Bastards.) I kid, I love them. But it makes it hard to stick to a diet around them.
So my goal is to eat below my RDI on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, before they get here, so I have a few extra calories to play with when they are here. Hopefully that works ok.
I would love to lose 4.4 pounds this week, thus reaching my #1 goal of losing 11.6 pounds, thus pushing me into the 170's.
I've decided my reward for reaching the first goal is going to be a manicure and a pedicure.
