My first goal is 11.6 pounds lost, which is 6.6 pounds to go. I have a weigh in tomorrow, and I'm hoping for a 3 pound loss, but am expecting 1. I was hoping to hit the 11.6 goal on July 11th (fitting) but probably should shoot for the 18th.
Now, I need a reward for hitting that goal. Something that's not food related but that I wouldn't normally allow myself. Hmmmm.......
