Gym the last couple days and hopefully remainder of the week except Christmas Day. Our PF is closed Christmas and closing at 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve so not sure I will fit it in the 24th either. Legs yesterday and back today. 6 other people lifting and every one of us did back. Must be the day for it. One guy was super strong and lifted about the whole stack with seated rows but then his chest was like non existent- so that was a bit asymmetrical- not that he couldn't have found things wrong with me too- but we aren't talking about me. Or maybe I compare all pecs to Diablo's in which case- they are all non-existent.🙂 Anyhow- Made tilapia and veggies for dinner last night. Trying to have a balance before the Christmas goodies. Walked the pups. It was a beautiful, cold and super sunny morning on our trail. Expecting that arctic blast and negative temps Thursday so we are getting in as much outside time as we can. Pablo has enough hair for 3 dogs and Oscar will not be able to tolerate it- nor will I. Happy Tuesday.
