It is a start !! With the knee & quadriceps beginning to strengthen, I started to ride my bike again. It was only 15.25 minutes and 3.03 miles on the recumbent stationary bike, but I am happy. It will take a couple of months to get back up to speed to 70 - 90 minutes and between 15 to 20 miles. Hopefully, the additional exercise will help offset some of the increase in Holiday calorie intake. Everyone, keep focused, keep active, and enjoy the Christmas and holiday season. God is good !!
