Bruce Bear's Journal, 22 Nov 22

I didn't have the best start to the day by waking up at 4am because my dog wanted to go outside. I tried going back to sleep but I got hungry so I had my normal breakfast but because one of my oats was lower than the other I doubled my amount with one of them. I went back to sleep but woke up sweating because I was having a vivid dream even though I had my air con on. I took my recycling downtown with the help of my Dad and I received $34 for my recycling which I spent on a small blender that was on sale for $39.95. I had my lunch earlier than usual because of my bad morning of sleep, I was so tired that I went to sleep after having lunch and had another vivid dream which again I woke up sweating. I washed out my new thermal leggings that I got in the mail today and was still feeling half asleep which led to me almost walking on a small snake out of my backyard. I was about 45% wanting to go for my daily walk but after the event with the snake and making sure that me and my dogs were ok I didn't go. I started cooking dinner around 6pm I had cooked a little more than usual but I didn't eat it all but my Dad had the rest of it so it didn't go to waste. I tried my new blender out with some frozen bananas, skim milk, water, low sugar vanilla ice cream and some sweeter. I went over my daily calorie intake but I did it with fruit as I need to start eating more of it. So I'm thinking of having that small shake with banana and stuff either in the morning or at night so I can get my 2 fruit 5 veggies intake.

My eyesight is pretty poor, and when I got to the end of your story, at first I read that you wanted to eat the small snake with banana 😂 Never know, it might be a high protein low fat snack!
