So I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday. The only thing I did different was not eat carbs after lunch time, and I also increased my protein/fat percent. OH - and I drank a lot of water! I guess this is what I needed to do differently. Thanks everyone for the support
74.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
