I dreamed all night about this weigh in. I dreamed that I lost 20 pounds, like the people on Biggest Loser. And I dreamed I lost nothing. In the end, I wound up with a 5 pound loss which I am really happy about. I worked hard, I planned well, and it all worked out.
Here I will share a tricky treat. I bought a package of Dove dark chocolate covered almonds and every day would have one or two as a little treat. It helped me not feel deprived and was yummy. Normally I would eat the whole package, but I was pretty good about limiting myself every day.
My hope is that I can really up the exercise this week, because that was where I really slacked last week. I'm really motivated for week two!
