A very rude awakening, my insurance denied me long term disability based on my BMI, I need to lose 104 pounds to be eligible. Unfortunately I’m currently in an uphill battle with my health, unable to work and hardly able to move around my house most days so going to the gym is hard to imagine. I’ll just have to track what I eat, which I haven’t been doing because of how awful I feel physically already. Taking this disaster one day at a time.
