As this week winds down, I'd like to take a minute to recount some of the bigger challenges. On Friday night, I went to a movie and managed to avoid getting popcorn. That is a major biggie for me because I love that stuff. Afterward we all went out for drinks and I managed to just have one glass of wine. I wanted a second one, but I didn't have one. I knew I didn't have the calories for that. And last night, we watched a movie and I got tired. When I'm tired during a movie, I usually get up and get a snack to keep me awake. I avoided that as well.

I didn't fall into the usual traps. I planned my days well. I planned for my time away. ANd I drank a crap ton of water.

If I don't have a big loss tomorrow I may hurt that scale.
