42 Year old Wife and Mother of 3 ( twin 6 year old girls and 11 year old boy), business owner and struggling to get motivated again...... I'm so fed up of being on and off the wagon, trying fad diets, fasting, not fasting, binging, but, like the tides we are ever changing and so finding those strategies that suit our lifestyle at the time is what will make the changes. The trouble with my life is that like some others, time is of the essence, there's never enough of it, so then you say you have to make time, and being mindful about that does actually get you in that headspace. It's all a choice, take a walk or watch a show, eat a piece of fruit or have a cookie, right?!?! Tracking and being within the calorie deficit guidelines and I should see some results. I WANT THIS AND NEED THIS NOW. I PROMISE TO TRACK 👣 FOR A WEEK AND GO FROM THERE........ Any tips and tricks with this app would be appreciated. You guys are all very motivational. Welcome, tracking is a great start and many foods can be scanned with the app, plus it also has many in the library when you type in an item, so that helps. The tracking starts to get you aware of things obviously, but realize it is in the details. Do you drink enough water, are you eating quality food or heavily processed food? Variety in the diet is key for success. Next will be activities, this will improve mood and health, but it too needs to be something you enjoy. Don't be too restrictive and have fun, this is for you right?! You will be challenged as you are obviously very busy, but in the end it's all worth it. Welcome
