I went to the gym and did upper body only, except shoulders. It's so frustrating that I can't do all the exercises or go heavy. I felt so weak. My arms was shaking. I was so mad, because it's like how do I get deconditioned in almost 2 wks. I had to realize my body has been through a lot with the cardiac ablation and now the spinal manipulation. I used pauses and went slow with the weight. I went walking for 2 hours and my lower back was hurting intermittently, but it was mainly my upper back that was hurting. I'm going to get back at it and stay consistent like I was before all this, so I can get my strength back up.

it's ok, if you feel pain then it means that the workout is right , one tip i can give u , is to eat fruit one apple + one banana 30 minutes before gym , it will increase the sugar in your blood , giving u the energy to lift weights and endurance without storing unnecessary fat

Thank y'all. Ya, before the gym I eat breakfast either scrambled eggs and turkey sausage or Kodiak pancake with whey added. I wait an hour to let the food digest then I go to the gym.

I know how you feel as I have debilitated during illness as well. Really hard to get that big GO back.
