Didn't go to gym yesterday but I went today. Looks like I don need hubby to go with me for motivation. I'm Doing just fine so far. I'll continue to stick with three times a week until it's an automatic habit in my weekly routine.

Nice work! - I love going to the gym and now see it as "me" time so hubby goes to his own gym!
