Slowly, slowly making my way back out of the “eating late at night” trap. I had this terrible habit solved a year or so ago. So annoyed that I allowed myself to fall back into it again! But having slipped once, I was in full free-fall after that. I hope I’m smarter about it this time around. Wish me well!

Best of luck Laura! It’s incredible how eating habits can show signs of addiction. It’s like that for me too. Sometimes I feel like I’m like an alcoholic who can’t have just one. Except it’s about a cookie, a slice of cake, a chocolate, etc. ❤️

We all take a tumble now and then but what's important is that we recognize our bad habit and we correct it as soon as we recognize it. I get it because I have the exact same bad habit just a few months ago in the summer time almost every night going to bed and then getting up and going to the kitchen and coming back to bed with my trophy! lol you have been an inspiration for me and will continue to be. I know you got this! just imagine the numbers coming down when you stop this bad habit again. thanks for sharing

Oh it's been so long (4monthes?) since I was on fat secret and to log on and see your still here and still fighting the good fight I'm excited to get back into it. Your really motivate me so much gramma Laura. I love following you. Your real, your honest, your supportive, and so very kind.
