Today I'm having lemon peppermint & pomegranate tea it is a good day to give thanks unto the Lord. Happy Sunday!!! 

I love all of your teas. I am a tea person - love herbal teas and decaffeinated teas.

Day 2! So how did you like the all-fruit day? I've done a 10-day all-fruit experiment, and not only did I lose weight without hunger, but my skin glowed and I had the energy of a teenager.

Well justbananas I passed the first day detox with the fruit all day but day two I was only supposed to drink herbal tea all day and I was doing good until 7PM then I started getting dizzy so I caved in and ate a salad, well at least I tried, but I will stay on this journey until I reach my goal, thanks for your support and encouragement
