Yard work, one hour weed eating, picked another big zucchini and some cucumbers. 1 1/2 hours washing dishes and decluttering. Have managed to weed out 1 box of children's books and gave to kids at church. Have weeded out 4 boxes of other books to take to half price store. Can't part with any others for a while! Some days I can and some days I can't!
Breakfast: mocha coffee. Lunch: pulled pork. Supper: pulled pork and kale. Snack cheese stick, peanut butter. Managed to keep carbs down to 19 today. Drank lots of iced tea. Macros 19/54/27. calories 1417; fiber 6.9; net carbs 60.79; net kcals -849
