That’s a tough adjustment, especially if we have been “raised” on a diet of meat, potatoes, and a token amount of veg (followed by a huge, rich dessert, of course.) Nearly 69 and still fighting my deeply ingrained mindset about that. Keep going! It’s worth it. 💕
