You've got a lot on your plate. Stay as flexible as you always seem to be and everything will work out. You are so good at staying on top of things, if one area of your life gets out of whack, you seem to always get things back in line pretty quickly. You'll be able to make exercise a priority again. You are an inspiration!

You have a lot going on WFN - cut yourself some slack. Once the work at your house is done - you can refocus your efforts on exercise.

You have that problem too! The coons drilled a hole about the size of a 12 inch pizza into the side of my house just below an overhang where it was not visible...and for the longest time were running around in the attic...you could hear them cooing etc. having babies...finally I put out a live trap and caught the fellas/girls whatever. They came back...had to start over again...

Thanks, ladies! The guys didn't make it, did not know until I came home. It was dependent on them working their regular jobs. Construction so this time of year they work when they can. Since friends, and they are working on mine on the side, my house is fit in between. So it's home workouts for me today, not traveling back out with the insane day at work/

Gene, best of luck with your coons. They are nasty, destructive critters, even though they look so cute. We've trapped 3 sets and they have broken into my house 3 times. Hopefully this is the end. Almost all the damage has been repaired and my attic insulation has been removed, the attic sanitized and new insulation blown in. Hopefully with the scent gone they won't break in again. Check with your insurance company they may cover part or all of the damage, I was surprised mine did.

That's good your insurance is covering your expenses. I know that had to be a load off your mind. Just reading your journal made me tired. I can only imagine living it. Take care of yourself and get some rest before your body makes you rest.
