Shocked this morning I didn't gain after having house guests all weekend and made some undesirable food choices i.e. chips, booze, etc. Monday morning is now looking a little brighter.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
