A double berry whammy -- cherries (from frozen), oatmeal, plain cashew yogurt, blueberries & pumpkin seeds. The cherry juice sweetens the yogurt nicely. Cherries might not actually be berries, but they count as such in my Daily Dozen app

I had blueberries and cherries this morning with my oatmeal-chia-kefir mixture. Wyoming, you are so right that the combination is A+!

Not entirely, kphelan, but I eat a lot of vegan foods. I eat fish once or twice a week and an egg here and there, but try to avoid other meats and dairy

Thanks, all 😊 It made a lovely breakfast. I don't function well without a solid breakfast. Dinner I could take or leave a lot of nights, although I have to eat something due to a medication I take. But breakfast I'm way into
